Dyness Tower S3 BDU
The Dyness Tower S3 Battery Distribution Unit is a control and distribution unit designed for the latest version of the Dyness Tower S3 high-voltage battery system, which builds on the popular Tower series. It serves as the central component of the entire battery assembly, ensuring communication between individual modules, battery management system (BMS) operation and the safe operation of the energy storage system. The BDU S3 enables remote monitoring via an integrated Wi-Fi module and allows up to 12 units to be connected in parallel. The BDU allows for easy integration into both residential and commercial photovoltaic systems. Thanks to communication via CAN and RS485, it is compatible with selected inverters and ensures reliable data transmission throughout the entire energy system.
Neither the HV9637S battery modules nor the Tower S3 BDU are compatible with the older Tower 2.0 (1.5G) generation or the earlier Tower 2G and 1G generations.
