Digital Sales Manager with Hungarian

Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to help us build a sustainable energy future? We're always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team, and we're currently seeking a Digital Sales Manager with Hungarian language skills to strengthen our sales department.

Who we're looking for ?

  • You have experience with B2B phone sales.
  • You can negotiate and sell value, not just products.
  • You want to learn, grow, and contribute to innovations in sales processes.
  • You are interested in renewable energy sources (an advantage, but not a requirement).
  • You speak Hungarian fluently.

What will you handle on a daily basis ?

  • Phone sales: You will actively reach out to installation companies from our database.
  • Customer needs analysis: You will identify what solutions they currently use and offer them more advantageous cooperation options with Memodo.
  • Negotiation and relationship building: You will close deals, build your own customer base, and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Mentoring and development: You will work directly under the guidance of one of our owners, who will share valuable know-how with you and create space for your innovative ideas.
  • Flexibility: You will primarily communicate by phone, with the option to transition to field sales with larger clients later on.
